Tal Cohen

Former CEO of a Tier-1 US centralized exchange with nearly a decade of blockchain experience. Before crypto, a career built on strategy consulting at a global then private firms and as a tech entrepreneur across multiple successful start-ups. Twenty-five years in total, across three disciplines that rarely meet in one résumé.

The firm is structured around that operating perspective. Clients receive the analytical rigour of a consulting engagement, the risk sensibility of counsel, and the pattern recognition of someone who has sat on the listings committee.

    If the listing case isn't there, we say so. We decline roughly 80% of inbounds.
